The Sole Therapy™ Process

Healthy feet aren’t built in a day. They’re maintained through consistent care.

Sole Therapy™ uses a simple 4-step system designed to soften rough skin, restore moisture, and help maintain smoother, healthier-feeling feet.

Step 1: SOFTEN

Fill your Foot Basin with warm water and add the recommended amount of Sole Soak Powder™.

Soak feet for 15–20 minutes to help soften rough skin and prepare your feet for the next step.


Step 2: SMOOTH

Using the Sole Stone™, gently exfoliate rough areas, calluses, and dry skin.

Use light pressure and focus on areas that need the most attention.

Rinse feet of any dead skin in the Sole Therapy™ Foot Basin, avoid over-exfoliating.


Step 3: RESTORE

Dry your feet thoroughly and apply Shea Foot Butter to the soles, heels, and ankles.

Massage into the skin until evenly distributed.


Step 4: SEAL

For enhanced hydration, wear Sole Socks™ for 15–25 minutes or use Heel Seal™ to help retain moisture and maintain progress between sessions.


Recommended Schedule

Maintenance

2–3 sessions per week

Dry or Rough Feet

3–4 sessions per week until desired results are achieved

Long-Term Care

Continue regular Stepper Sessions™ to help maintain smooth, healthy-feeling feet.
