Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. 
During high-volume periods (launches, holidays), processing 
may take up to 5 business days. 
Shipping Time: 
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within: 
• 3–7 business days (USA) 
• 7–15 business days (international) 
Shipping speeds vary depending on carrier delays, weather, 
and seasonal demand. 
Order Tracking: 
You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your 
order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to 
update. 
Wrong Address Disclaimer: 
Please double-check your address. 
Sole Therapy™ is not responsible for packages shipped to an 
incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages:  
Once a package leaves our facility, the carrier assumes 
responsibility. 
If your package is marked as delivered but you did not 
receive it, contact the carrier directly.

for lost or stolen packages.
