Because we sell personal care, grooming, and cosmetic 
products, we must follow strict health and safety regulations. 
All sales are final. 
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges 
on:

• balms 
• butters 
• patches 
• pumice stones 
• socks 
• kits 
• used or opened items 
This protects the safety of all customers. 
Damaged / Defective Products 
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, email 
us within 7 days of delivery:

Include: 
• full name 
• order number 
• clear photos of the issue 
We will replace or refund damaged/defective items at no cost 
to you. 
Cancellations 
Orders can only be canceled within 1 hour of placement. 
If your order has already been fulfilled or shipped, we cannot 
cancel it.
